I think you all probably know that I have done 21 Day Fix a couple of times. I absolutely love it! It makes me focus on my food, meal plan and consciously choose what foods I will eat before I am stuffing them in my mouth.
It forces me to eat clean and not to load up on carbs and sugar. It has been a month or two since I last followed the 21 Day Fix meal plan and slowly but surely the sugars have crept back into my diet...and now my addiction is back full force.
I said this on my Facebook before--I give people with addictions to drugs or alcohol serious props for overcoming that because I struggle with food and sugar!
I'm making the decision to break myself free from sugar again and really get back to my clean eating ways. I planned out my food to follow the 21 Day Fix meal play yesterday and did pretty well! Not 100% perfect, but probably 95%! I think that's really good. This morning I could already tell my bloating was down. I was hungry in this morning and went right for eggs to start today off right too.
Time to meal plan for the rest of the day to set myself up for another day of success!
Not sure how 21 Day Fix works?
21 Day Fix guides you by telling you how many servings of each TYPE of food to eat per day. The TYPES are Fruits, Veggies, Protein, Carbs, Fats & Cheese, Seeds & Oils. You are given a colored container to measure out each TYPE of food. 21 Day Fix also comes with daily 30 minute workouts. Currently I am only following the meal plan. My exercise plan right now is training for Reach the Beach!
