I had this fit of passion come over me this weekend where I just had to rant a little bit :-P
It's really frustrating to me as a coach watching people who sign up with me to work on their health & fitness or to start their own coaching business and then see them not do what they need to everyday to get to their goals! Then they get frustrated and quit....or they want an easy way out. It just doesn't work like that, my friends!
Steps to get what you want:
1) Figure out what the heck you want!
2) Figure out the steps or plan to get there. If you are working with me on your health & fitness or your own coaching biz... the steps are 100% laid out for you! You don't have to plan a thing!
3) Do the steps from number 2.... consistently.... everyday
Should be simple right???!!! Then why is it so hard?!
Those wants and desires must not be what you REALLY want if you are willing to quit so easily! Make the choice everyday and fucking dooo ittttt!
I hope this is a helpful reminder. Most of us mere humans struggle with doing hard work consistently, so it's SOOO important to remember that thing you really wanted from Step 1. Make it the background on your phone, tape it to your refrigerator, stick post-its to your mirror...make sure you see that thing, that reason, your WHY all the time so you are reminded why you are making those sometimes HARD choices everyday!
Continue to CRUSH IT and those wants and desires you have WILL BE YOURS!!!!
