I'm doing a new thing...Motivational Monday every week!
This week is about JUST DO IT! (This one might not be as nice as last week.) Most of us have a plan if we are working on our health & fitness. We have a meal plan, running training plan or a calendar to follow for our fitness program. Why don't we just freaking stick to it?!!
We come up with reasons to get out of it...I don't have to because...I don't feel like it.... As long as you aren't training for a marathon, you're workout will probably be done in less than an hour. And you will feel better, happier, accomplished after you are done.
Just do it!
